Move of the Month - The Shoulder Bridge



The Shoulder Bridge develops spine flexibility and lower body strength. It is a good core strengthening exercise that strengthens both the abdominal muscles as well as the lower back muscles.
Instructions:
Lay on your back with your hands by your sides, your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, under your knees.
Contract your stomach muscles (picture your belly button being pulled into your spine) and pull your hips up by tightening your glutes. Raise your hips up to create a straight line from your knees to shoulders. 4 counts up and 4 counts down. Repeat 8-10 times every other day. To see the advanced move visit: http://goo.gl/1y4CJ
